Who we are
Temp Scaff Ltd was established in early 2022 with one clear goal: to provide a reliable, skilled and responsive scaffolding and site labour service that clients can trust. The business was originally created as a specialist recruitment agency for scaffolders with the aim of improving the standards within the recruitment sector. Drawing on many years of hands-on scaffolding experience, we were able to connect skilled workers with the right projects while understanding the practical demands of the job. Over time, our scope grew. The tools were never far away and soon Temp Scaff was not only supplying the labour but also delivering complete scaffolding projects. Today we operate as a fully functional scaffolding company capable of taking on both small and large-scale jobs across Devon and Cornwall, Great Yarmouth, Walsall, to London and anywhere in the UK.
Our Growth and Experience
From our first days in business, we were trusted to take on major clients at times when other agencies struggled to meet demand. The fact that our leadership team has real scaffolding experience has helped us build strong working relationships with both clients and scaffolders.
We know what each job truly requires and we make sure that is delivered. We have supplied teams for industrial projects across the country and our work has opened doors to new opportunities in other trades including thermal insulation engineering, painting and blasting. Our reputation for reliability and high standards has meant that labour-only contracts have become extremely popular. Clients who won large projects but lacked the manpower have come to us because of our competitive rates and our well structured processes. We have provided support for projects in locations as varied as Central London, Barry Island, Kent, Peterborough city centre and Manchester.
Key Milestones
One notable early project was providing labour to dismantle the Ninja Warrior Assault Course. This job was completed ahead of schedule, saving the client both time and money. Soon after, demand grew to the point where we established a yard in Chichester, West Sussex. This allowed us to secure more supply-and-fit scaffolding work. Our first such project involved scaffolding for two industrial units near Derby for solar panel installation. We also completed two Premier Inn hotel projects in Walsall and Great Yarmouth that started in the same week despite being almost 200 miles apart. Both were completed before the agreed deadlines. As our domestic client base expanded, we extended our coverage along the south coast and opened a yard in Cornwall.
